End User License Agreement
This End User License Agreement applies to the Kadoushi customer loyalty app and the Kadoushi Clover Loyalty app used by Kadoushi staff to manage loyalty activity during checkout.
Use of the App
The app is provided to support Kadoushi loyalty features, including account access, QR codes, stamps, coupons, Clover checkout integration, and related support. You may use the app only for lawful purposes and in connection with the Kadoushi loyalty program.
License
Kadoushi grants authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for its intended loyalty and checkout purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Restrictions
You may not reverse engineer, copy, resell, misuse, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app, backend systems, or loyalty data.
Loyalty Rewards
Stamps, coupons, and rewards are subject to Kadoushi program rules and may depend on eligible purchases, account status, coupon availability, and staff confirmation at checkout. Kadoushi may correct errors, prevent duplicate rewards, and update loyalty rules when needed.
Availability
The app is provided as available. Kadoushi may update, suspend, or discontinue app features as needed for maintenance, security, business operations, or legal compliance.
No Warranty
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Kadoushi is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app.

Changes
Kadoushi may update this agreement from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the updated terms.
