Kadoushi uses its customer app and staff checkout tools to provide menu access, loyalty accounts, QR codes, meal card stamps, coupons, reward redemption, notifications, and related support.

Information We Collect

We may collect account information such as your name, email address, user ID, loyalty member code, QR token, stamp balance, coupon status, notification preference, and push notification token if notifications are enabled.

When rewards or coupons are used at checkout, we may collect loyalty transaction information such as transaction amount, stamps awarded or redeemed, coupon redemption status, checkout confirmation status, and related order or Clover identifiers needed to connect the checkout with your loyalty account. We do not collect payment card numbers, bank account numbers, precise location, contacts, photos, audio, or health information through the customer app.

How We Use Information

We use this information for app functionality, including creating and managing accounts, signing users in, showing QR codes, awarding stamps, displaying reward progress, assigning and redeeming coupons, sending requested app notifications, preventing duplicate or unauthorized reward use, troubleshooting issues, and providing customer support.

How Information Is Shared

Information is used by Kadoushi and service providers that support the app, including hosting, database, authentication, email, push notification, and Clover checkout integration services. We do not sell personal information, share personal information with data brokers, or use personal information for third-party advertising or tracking across other companies' apps or websites.

Third-Party Services

The app may use services such as Firebase for authentication and messaging, Google Sign-In for account access, hosting and database providers for backend operations, and Clover services for checkout-related loyalty activity. These services process information only as needed to provide the Kadoushi app and loyalty program.

Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect loyalty and transaction information. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Data Retention

We keep account, loyalty, coupon, and transaction records as long as needed to provide the loyalty program, comply with business obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain accurate reward history.

Account and Deletion Requests

Customers may request help with their account or ask for deletion of eligible personal information by contacting Kadoushi through the support contact listed with the app or on the support page.
